What James failed to account for is the fact that FACTS may actually come into play in this little drama. Whatever Richard Johnston wrote on behalf of James, and James subsequently signed as his own testimony, is moot now. Almost three (3) yrs after the fact all the FACTS are coming out.
Mr. Betancourt discusses at length his "relationship" with Mr. Commodore. Mr. Commodore discusses at length his "ignorance and innocence" regarding everything that transpired at BTU.
We'll just stick to the FACTS.
Look at the "visitor's chair" in Mr. Betancourt's office... That's the only place Mr. Commodore would have been able to SEE anything going on in Betancourt's office. Nobody, but nobody, except an alien suspended outside Mr. Betancourt's window could have seen Mr. Betancourt's computer screen. Maybe JC, in spite of his 300+ lbs learned how to fly or levitate and peek at Mr. Betancourt's computer from outside Betancourt's window (located 4 or 5 stories above ground level)...
Well, maybe the "NEW" spiderman will be James...
BTW. James Commodore's cubicle was DIRECTLY in front of Mr. Betancourt's office from the very 1st day that JC started work with BTU. This will become very relevant (mostly because Mr. Commodore claims to be very ignorant about what was going on at BTU, who was who at BTU, and principally, who had hired him? Smart lawyer, NO?).
Also, we almost forgot. Richard Johnston from WilmerHale likes to use the word "voluminous" meaning, large volume. Richard went to Harvard so he must possess a decent vocabulary. Just like WAM, a fellow Harvardite??? Harvardian???. RJ used this adjective to describe Mr. Betancourt's office in both James Commodore's as well as Brian Murphy's affidavit. You be the judge of the facts as well as Richard Johnston 's veracity... RJ could write good pleadings but he could not stop facts from coming forward.
Oh Yes, Richard Johnston (excuse US, James Commodore) stated in JC's affidavit that Betancourt's office was overflowing with "voluminous" amounts of documents... looks like Mr. Betancourt's office is pretty TIDY.
Richard, you have 25+ yrs of experience as an attorney. Your firm, WilmerHale, petitioned the court to withdraw. YOUR FIRM is the only law firm involved in WAM's litigious vendettas to do so... Yet, you tried to portray any change in legal representation by the defendants against WAM's legal Blitzkrieg as being representative of "dishonesty" on the part of the defendants. Where does that put you, Mr. Richard Johnston?

You said Who wrote the Murphy affidavit? I was there when Mr. Murphy was told to type one, but Murphy being a son of a cop said he hand write it instead. It was a smart move.
Is Murphy being called into Federal Court for Mr. Betancourt? Murphy won his case filed by Mr. Al-Mazeedi by getting it dismissed.
But this false "BTU Press Release" is still out on the internet forever. I know Murphy doesn't care, since this blog shows everything that the world will know soon.

Martin Betnacourt should call Murphy into Federal Court as a witness. He should have enough to talk about that the BTU Lawyers will want to settle case and not let a jury hear it.
The best thing is that no matter what, it will be PUBLIC INFORMATION and PUBLIC REPORTERS will be sitting in the Courtroom. I know, I'll be there.
