James Commodore speaks. His affidavit is analyzed. Finally getting around to it.
James Commodore left SO MANY publicly disseminated traces of his activities BEFORE and AFTER he became best of friends with Wael Al-Mazeedi. How are you doing in Albany, James? Do your current employers KNOW EVERYTHING they should?

Hasn't James NEVER worked for a law firm ever. He hated Wael and Mitsue, until they let him go and PAID him for months to do nothing. They gave him a layoff, but should have been fired.

James should think back to remember what Richard Johnston from WilmerHale wrote for him in Jame's affidavit... after all, Richard Johnston will not be able to go with James to US Federal and Massachusetts State court...
we have it on pretty good authority that Richard Johnston and WilmerHale wrote ALL the "independent" affidavits submitted on Wael's behalf... guess they thought the court system would work the same way it's always worked for them and none of this would be coming out in public.... we have some direct information from one of the people that submitted an affidavit on behalf of Wael... he (she) wanted to get their affidavit back because it MISREPRESENTED what they intended to say... (Richard Johnston knew full well what HE and WAEL wanted to say)

Something to keep in mind... WilmerHale is the ONLY law firm (in all of Wael's lawsuits) to petition the court to be released from representing someone (Wael and Mitsue).
WilmerHale was NOT released by Wael. They had to ask the Judge to LET THEM STOP REPRESENTING Wael.
Could be something interesting in all this...

does wael realize that less than 5% of the information that people know about Wael and Mitsue has been published on this blog... everything comes out in court...

Are you just a tool that was use by Mr. Al-Mazeedi and he has you by the balls until your "Story" get destroyed and you lose you right to practice law.
It shows how he fooled everyone into working for him, too bad he had no way to FORCE investors to invest. Why no news?
Christina Stephens and former IT Manager Murphy took James Commodores's computers away while he was working for BTU/QGEN/etc...
It will be interesting to see what comes out in Federal Court soon.

I remember the day they took James Commodore's computer away. The way it unfolded looked like a clip from a bad movie.
After his computee was taken away, James sat down in a chair next to Wael's old office in 1000 Winter St, Suite 4400 for about two (2) hrs.
After he came out of that meeting with Wael and Deboborah Za Za Gabor he had a "shit-eating grin" on him.
Everything about that meeting and its subsequent actions will (finally, finally) be analyzed in a forthcoming post.
A stupid fact to keep in mind... Anybody that worked at the "old" BTU Ventures offices in 1000 Winter St #4400 knows how small the offices were for everybody (except for WAM's big-assed office).
After we show a picture of Mr. Betancourt in his office everybody will have to think about James' statement in his affidavit regarding what he "saw" on Mr. Betancourt's computer. Mr. Commodore was a hefty person. According to his own admissions he weighed more than 300 lbs. After you see the pictures of Mr. Betancourt's office you will be curious to find out how James saw everything he claims to have seen (actually, Richard Johnston made it all up and James signed his name to the affidavit drafted by WilmerHale) without crushing Mr. Betancourt.
When Mr. Betancourt questions Mr. Murphy, I bet he will clearly explain why and what happened to Mr. Commodore, the former Head Lawyer of BTU, was put in his "Time-Out, you been caught!"
There was no way that James could view Mr. Betancourt's computer in his office. Martin had it angled, so the only real employee with access to see the screen would have been Mr. Murphy (Former IT Manager) at the time with Apple Remote Desktop Software that anyone who manages Macs and PCs.
Since Murphy took Commodore's BTU Computer away by YANKING the Power Cord from the iMac, with Wael and Christina watching from the end of the hallway like little kids.
Then Commodore, was demoted and had ALL his access to email limited. He had 2 login accounts, 1 for work and 1 for Internet. And HIS EMAIL WAS LOCKED DOWN, so that ONLY APPROVED emails were allowed out. HE WAS NOT FIRED!
Why would an IT Manager be INSTRUCTED by his CEO to "YANK OUT THE POWER CORD" "REMOVE IT NOW!!!"
I remember Murphy working crazy hours, but he never told me what he was doing for Mr. Al-Mazeedi in reguards to Mr. Commodore.
I do remember Mr. Commodore was scared like a little kid sitting outside the School Principal's office awaiting his parents to pick him up.
Once Jame had his meeting with Wael, he was a difference person to everyone. Like someone who knows they did something wrong.
It is all a joke, except to the Investors.
Loved that he yanked the cord! That is a solution.

can lawyers that lie be prosecuted? when the courts find out that Richard Johnston from WilmerHale and James Commodore from Wael Inc. made everything up and submitted to US Federal and Massachusetts courts will they be liable for anythihg?
