This was not due to the efforts of Wael's lawyers or the the firm Wael hired to post fake blogs all over the internet and do all kinds of other questionable stuff.
Unfortunately, Google's Blogger has some issues that will soon be resolved.
In any event, we have backups of the entire comment thread for this blog.
As of October 15, 2011 Google was still working on restoring comments. We will manually import all comments in to a new section if Google does not make more rapid progress.
In order to allay wael almazeedi's concerns we will mention here that the observations of people for the past 1+ yrs on this blog are safely stored. the comments haven't gone away.

why doesn't betancourt or murphy or mcbrearty or anybody with any knowledge of wael and his activities just write a recollection of their experiences. legally, as long as they don't use any BTU documents, directly or as sources, they can say pretty much anything they know... for example, maybe betancourt can not say that a piece of paper with a BTU letterhead said X,Y, and Z. however, he CAN SAY that based on his experience he suspected/knew that WAM was screwing over his employees and investors.
