Celebration: the Hybrid Energy Consortium was "announced" to the world exactly one year ago on August 10, 2010. An upcoming blog post on everything they've accomplished to date (i.e. NOTHING). Also, we have the "proof" Wael has been peddling to US Federal Court regarding Betancourt's "conspirational" activities:

Where are these Integrated Solar Combined-Cycle power plants located??? They absolutely can't exist in a vacuum because they have to be operated as part of the integrated electrical grid wherever they are located.. NO EXCEPTIONS. There are no phantom power plants operating in ANY grid anywhere in the world.... Emil, Tibor, Wael, Ian, Lo-An, Faisal, where are these hybrid power plants located???

Maybe Wael has miniature scale models of these power plants operating in his office.... Have any of the current employees at QGEN seen Wael's OPERATIONAL toy power plants???

 Betancourt

Amongst the ~150 pages that Wael Almazeedi (through FoleyHoag) filed in the past few weeks in US Federal Court there's a one page document drafted by Betancourt that is "proof positive" as far as Wael (and FoleyHoag and WilmerHale, and Lenny Learner) is concerned of Betancourt's conspiracy to remove Wael from the "throne" and steal BTU Power Company's assets (Carthage Power Company and Taweelah Asia Power Company).

A US Federal Court judge issued a decision about a week ago, on August 3, 2011, with regards to Wael's Motion to Compel Betancourt to produce all the additional documents that Wael wanted for his own personal purposes. According to the order, Wael gets dates and times of "attorney-client" communication amongst McBrearty, de Ravel, and Betancourt and NOTHING else.  Wael's (i.e. FoleyHoag's, WilmerHale's, Lenny Learner's) shrill accusations did not sway the judge: 

"The documents further revealed that Betancourt and McBrearty together then disseminated BTU’s proprietary documents and information to de Ravel as part of a conspiracy to oust BTU’s incumbent management, to undermine BTU’s vital investor relationships, and to establish a competing company that would attract BTU’s institutional investors and take possession of BTU’s investment assets."

So...... if the judge decided at this "early" stage that Wael's "proof" of conspiracy was BS (our own terminology).... How much meat is there to Almazeedi's case against Betancourt, McBrearty, Murphy, Hayat, etc. (We don't know if Wael Almazeedi has decided to sue any of his former QGEN partners, contractors, employees, so we leave the list of names open ended).

We'll put discuss this one page document in the context of the Betancourt's forthcoming personnel files to review and discuss all the "proof" that Mr. Wael Almazeedi, the sole person responsible for helping planet earth avert "planetary collapse", has regarding Mr. Betancourt.  All the "proof" Wael has is already in US Federal Court.

We'll let people read and decide for themselves.
