Wael, through Foley Hoag, filed almost 150 pages of legal pleadings with US Federal Court in the past three weeks. [Note: if you read closely you will notice that Foley Hoag took a lot of WilmerHale's former filings almost VERBATIM and passed them off as their own.]
We didn't want to publish anything while a final decision by US Federal Court was still pending.
The judge in US Federal Court took just two weeks (after all the filings and verbal arguments from all the lawyers involved were submitted) to issue a decision. Wael had filed a Motion to Compel Betancourt to produce dozens of pages of privileged legal communication amongst Betancourt, McBrearty, as well as their joint attorney. The judge ruled that Wael could only get the date and time of those communications and NOT their content....
This means that Wael's strategy of buying more time by "ensnaring" more people and law firms in his pleadings of CONSPIRACY to US Federal as well as Massachusetts State courts.... IS OVER.
Wael claims to be a "careful steward" of his investor's money.... Yet he keeps on spending money on litigation that gets nowhere on its merits. He's spending tons of the Middle East investors' money on lawyers. Yet, the Middle East investors have actually made their desire to have their investment redeemed (i.e. "returned to them") very clear a long time ago (going back at least 4 years).
Why are Wael Almazeedi and Mitsue Oishi spending all this money???
- It's the Middle East investors' money they are spending on all this.

Alot of investors money for lawsuits, but they want their money back.
Priceless. Betancourt wins his case soon. Stay the course, focus on what others bring to your case, WAM, will fold fast, he doesn't want the world to see the TRUTH, else he wouldn't have filed complaints against all those former employees.
Murphy Lawyer stated "He will testify" to me means to save money and call him into Federal Court as a witness. I'm sure he will tell the truth, which BTU and WAM will not want to hear in OPEN COURT in front of a Jury!
Mr. Commodore should be very scared of all this information being stated in Federal Court too. His paparwork that he filed with Al-Mazeedi will invalid once Mr. Murphy takes the witness stand.
I worked with them both with Mr. Betancourt, Murphy has more reason to testify since he had to pay a lawyer to defend himself form this "0 patents applied, 0 patents granted, 0 Awarded is PRICELESS".
I can bet that Mr. Murphy will be the "sniper shot" in the Federal Courtroom that destroys the hype of the "huge web of conspirators". WAM is Bi-Polar or sees the world is a different light. He lives in the past.
FACT: $0.00 have come in under Mr. Al-Mazeedi's management of (BTU), Hayat is the one that brought in the money.
Truth in Federal Court will all be public soon.

WAM set up the deals such that he has sole control of what goes on.
As mentioned before - perhaps the M.E. Investors have a reason not to make waves - perhaps the $$$ are not so clean.

Was the E&Y Award for taking their money LOL. One employee here is the son of an E&Y person that helped get the paid award to Wael.
All of these Blog posts and comments are so funny, because we all know in the office that NO MONEY IS COMING IN. We have a front row seat to a man being delusional and burning thru money, that isn't his to give. BUT, we are collecting a check until the job market picks up. We don't care where Wael get the money, it is a check.
In the office, we all believe he is going to jail soon or leaving the country so that he will not have to testify in Federal Court with Mr. Betancourt's case.
We are ready for unemployment, once he stops paying his lawyers. (again, like WH)
