Anyhow, there's a protective order that will prevent ANYBODY and EVERYBODY from finding out what he said.... at least until any Summary Judgement hearings or TRIAL
Deep down, Wael must want a trial... That way he can show the world, with unequivocal PROOF... that everything he's ever said is the truth....and there is a NEFARIOUS conspiracy where EVERYBODY is actually OUT TO GET HIM....
Note: there's evidence to believe that Wael's case against McBrearty went to Summary Judgment and Wael had his a*s handed back to him by the judge. We are still trying to get the actual court records that show that in the McBrearty litigation most of Wael's allegations were thrown out of court during Summary Judgement...
Wael keeps losing in court.... but nonetheless, he still has access to the BTU Power Company investors dividend Honey Pot.... Wael can keep going on forever as long as the Dubai Islamic Bank, Qatar National Bank, Qatar Investment Authority let Wael use THEIR dividends for him to continue litigating ALL OVER THE WORLD.

The question is did Mr. Betancourt let his lawyer do all the questions? Was Mr. Betancourt present? Who else?
Can a blogger say is other parties lawyers were present? Or is that protected information too?
