Something interesting going on here.... BTU Ventures, the company, has started its own blog (although, we don't know if it's affiliated in any way with Mr. Almazedi). It's a bit difficult to understand the articles but it's definitely worth checking out.
[Note: Also, the authors of this blog and the companion Litigation blog have nothing to do with the BTU Ventures blog.]

A compendium of information from PUBLIC DOMAIN sources providing additional perspective on the BTU group of companies (BTU Ventures, BTU Industries, and other affiliates), QGEN, as well as their principals, Wael Al-Mazeedi and Mitsue Oishi. The BTU group of companies are headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts and should not be confused with Peabody Energy (NYSE: BTU). QGEN should not be confused with Qiagen NV (NASDAQ: QGEN).

I find it very odd that a BTU Ventures blog would link to glassdoor.com where there are several highly critical remarks.
Perhaps this is NOT really an Al-Mazeedi approved blog?
It is odd, to say the least. We posted this comments elsewhere in this blog but it's worth repeating here....
Can anybody shed some light on what's going on in the following (representative) links. If you type a search term such as "Wael Al Mazeedi" or "BTU Ventures" etc. These weird websites come up in Google.
They are meant to appear like articles written "independently" by different people, except that many of the "authors" say the exact same thing.
Phrasing used by Almazeedi in his previous websites and press releases appears to make up most of the content.
Very interesting phenomena to say the least. Almost appears coordinated. Most of those "articles" are dated around March 31, 2011.
