QGEN Ltd: what in the world did Wael Al Mazeedi (QGEN) represent to the City of Victorville, California regarding "its business"

Background
QGEN Ltd is a company registered on July 31, 2009 in the Cayman Islands.  It exists as nothing more than a Certificate with a corporate address of:  In Care Of: Maples Corporate Services Limited.
What kind of representations were made by "QGEN" when it was negotiating with Mr. Doug Robertson, City Manager for the City of Victorville, CA?  For some reason, people in Victorville believe that "QGEN" is a company that develops and operates utility-scale hybrid power plants around the world.  NO Wael Al-Mazeedi "QGEN" company owns any revenue-generating hybrid power plants (or has any under construction for that matter).  The company that "showed" up in Victorville to buy 300 acres of desert pursuant to California State Laws (Government Code Section 54956.8) is the one shown in the certificate above....  We asked the following questions previously:
  • What address was shown on the business cards of QGEN Ltd.  [Note: We are willing to bet it was the one in Winter Street, Waltham.]
  • What did QGEN Ltd. tell the City Manager and the City Council of Victorville regarding QGEN Ltd's business.  [Note: We are willing to bet it was all based on PowerPoint presentations made by Judy Whipple and Brad Dillman.]
We will post a document submitted by BTU Ventures to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in which they LIE about the size of their asset portfolio as well as the revenue generated by BTU Ventures.
"As pointed out in his counterclaim/third party complaint, BTU‟s own website contained falsehoods relative to its size, areas of expertise, scope of business, business practices, personnel etc."
"BTU made the same misrepresentations to the Department of Homeland Security when submitting a US Citizenship and Immigration Services (“USCIS”) I-129 form wherein, BTU claimed that it was a company with, not only $550 million of funds under management, but also $550 million of gross annual income as well as stakes in multiple power plants. In reality, BTU was managing a fund that had at most $120 million in assets. Additionally, and more importantly, BTU as a going concern was officially only generating $1.2 million of yearly revenue. This figure is nowhere close to the $550 million shown on the I-129 form."

Observation
Interesting Coincidence and nothing else....
We previously mentioned that there were two interesting data points in the information provided by Google Analytics.
  • On July 18, 2011 there was a visit from someone in Victorville to this blog.  This is the day the City Manager and QGEN Ltd. held a "Closed Session" discussion regarding price and terms of payment for the 300 acres of desert.
  • There had also been no other visits from Victorville to this blog as of November 8, 2011.
On November 9, 2011, one day after this blog post, this blog received another visit from someone in Victorville.  Pretty quick turnaround for Victorville.

Conclusion
We've revisited the whole issue of Wael Al Mazeedi's representations to the ENTIRE WORLD because he and his lawyers have filed a Motion for Summary Judgement in the Betancourt litigation.  In Summary Judgment the party that "requests" it is claiming to the judge that there are no disputes regarding the material facts of the litigation.  Actually, QGEN is claiming that all their FACTS are indisputable and all of Betancourts facts are wrong.

I motion for former IT Manager Murphy to testify in the Betancourt Case.

I think what he knows will hurt BTU/QGEN and reward Mr. Betancourt with a happy ending to his 3+ years case.

The Blogger should contact the press out there and let them know about the TRUE QGEN (BTU).

Isn't BTU Ventures "OUT OF BUSINESS"?

So a E&Y Award and the company is "OUT OF BUSINESS"? Did someone stop paying them? LOL

Was it the State Street, fake office or the Winter Street, fake office?

Does anyone know that all those companies has the same 100 block of phone numbers? I remember when "BTU Ventures" front door has 2 other phones to answer? BTU Industries and QGEN Industries.

I was a temp there and it was a joke!
