How does this comport with someone who is managing Islamic Funds under the role of a Mudarib (Wael Al Mazeedi is the Mudarib for the Dubai Islamic Bank's funds). Wael managed the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank's funds as well in BTU Power Company II. What are/were the Sharia Council's (for DIB and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank) views of Wael's actions in light of what the Al Quran demands of anybody submitting to Sharia Law?
Any amateur or actual Islamic Law scholars that can elucidate on WAM's obligations under the Fatwa (promise) he made to Allah to manage the Islamic Funds under the precepts of Mohammed and the Al Quran?
