WilmerHale, Foley Hoag, etc: It doesn't matter what armada of lawyers Al-Mazeedi uses, his cries of "Wolf" (actually, he cries "Conspiracy! Everybody's conspiring against Me") are starting to ring hollow in the ears of US Federal and State Courts - the courts are not giving him what he wants

Al-Mazeedi claimed in the original complaint against Betancourt (January 15, 2009) that Betancourt was plotting to "undermine BTU" and "remove" Al-Mazeedi as the Manager of BTU Power Company.  In the lawsuit against McBrearty and the Amended Complaint against Betancourt he (with tremendous help from WilmerHale) alleged that there was a "massive" plot concocted by Betancourt, McBrearty, and some "foreign companies" to strip away BTU's assets and/or remove Al-Mazeedi as the Manager.

Almost 2.5 years after the fact nothing that Al-Mazeedi claimed has happened.  Rather, he is still "sitting pretty" at BTU Power Company (or BTU Industries or QGEN or FATE Consortium or whatever) and enjoying the good life that millions of dollars of management fees and dividends afford him.

Al-Mazeedi has been crying "Wolf" for quite a while (going back even prior to the Betancourt litigation).  We are absolutely certain that there was NEVER even a remote possibility that anything/everything he was "crying" to the court about could have EVER happened.

From the Betancourt court docket:  (we'll explain the import of these orders from US Federal Court shortly)

The courts should give him a could kick in the ass out of our country. I'm sure a few investors will open their doors to him.
